Job Overview

As a seasoned finance leader, we seek an accomplished Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in controllership, audit, or financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, Companies Act, and tax laws.

  • Proven experience in project-based or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
  • A thorough knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  • At least 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in controllership, audit, or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, Companies Act, and tax laws is mandatory.
  • Experience in project-based or manufacturing sectors is a significant advantage.
