Job Title: Senior Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Leader to support our team in ensuring timely compliance with rules on behalf of brands required to fulfill their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) targets for plastic and e-waste.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading operations teams and driving process improvements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring brands comply with existing rules and regulations.
  • Standardizing formats according to government, brand, or recykal requirements.
  • Documenting collections and verification as per commitments given to brands.
  • Proactively following up with key brands and stakeholders associated with recykal.
  • Maintaining attention to detail, especially in compliance-related documentation.
  • Managing multiple teams on-field and off-field.
  • Optimizing processes to increase team efficiency.
  • Maintaining constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols.
  • Pursuing strategic and operational objectives.
  • Ensuring operational activities remain on time and within defined expectations.
  • Tracking staffing requirements and hiring new employees as needed.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience handling operations.
  • Past experience in waste management is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with solid persuasion, consensus-building, and teamwork abilities.
