Job Title: FP&A Leader

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager Job Description:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business by analyzing financial data.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support senior management decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.
  • Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • At least 12 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
