Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled digital advertising specialist to lead the development and implementation of effective Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching and managing Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) while conducting thorough research on keywords and audiences specific to electric vehicle buyers.

The ideal candidate will possess solid experience handling large monthly ad budgets and a strong portfolio in e-commerce or mobility campaigns. Proficiency with Performance Max, attribution, and smart bidding is essential, as well as a confident understanding of how to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversions.

Bonus points will be given to candidates with a background in EV, clean tech, or automotive. Fluency in English is required, but other languages are also an asset. Compensation will be flexible and negotiable, with a performance bonus tied to KPIs (ROAS, lead quality).

  • Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation, test drive signups, and pre-orders.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research specific to electric vehicle buyers.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on ad copy, landing pages, and creatives.
  • Deliver performance insights and suggest ongoing improvements.
