Hotel Director

The Hotel Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service quality and a positive guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management:
    • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other regulations.
    • Coordinate the daily scheduling and management of hotel staff to meet service demands.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Deliver high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, handling complaints, and improving service delivery.
    • Implement guest loyalty programs and strategies to increase guest retention.
  • Financial Performance:
    • Develop and manage financial plans to ensure cost control and revenue targets are met.
    • Monitor and manage operating expenses, focusing on cost-effective practices and profitability.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and develop employees for career growth.
  • Quality Control:
    • Maintain hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public areas to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
