Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, develop strategies, lead a team of sales professionals, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery. This includes developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.

You will lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet targets and provide coaching. You will also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Additionally, you will monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget guidelines. You will identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
