    • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk housekeeping food and beverage maintenance and guest services Ensure the hotel is in compliance with health safety and other regulations Manage the daily scheduling and coordination of hotel staff to meet service demands Supervise and train staff including department heads to uphold company standards and deliver top-tier guest experiences">

      • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns handling complaints and proactively improving service delivery Implement guest loyalty programs and work to increase guest retention Oversee the check-in and check-out process ensuring a smooth and efficient operation">

        • Develop and manage the hotel s budget ensuring cost control and meeting revenue targets Monitor and manage operating expenses focusing on cost-effective practices and maximizing profitability Analyse financial reports and implement strategies to improve hotel performance">

          • Lead motivate and manage a team of hotel staff fostering a positive work environment Conduct performance reviews provide training and develop employees to encourage career growth Handle staff scheduling recruitment and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies">
          • Marketing and Sales">

            • Cultivate relationships with corporate clients travel agents and other business partners to drive business Assist in overseeing online presence guest reviews and reputation management">
            • Maintenance and Quality Control">

              • Ensure hotel facilities guest rooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality Oversee routine maintenance and repairs ensuring minimal disruption to guests">
              • Qualifications">

                • Education Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred Experience At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position in the hospitality industry preferably in hotel management Skills Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite">
