Job Title Furniture Store Manager Location Kumbakonam Reports To Regional Manager Owner Director of Retail Operations Job Type Full-Time Salary Based on experience Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Furniture Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail furniture store The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales associates ensure high levels of customer satisfaction drive sales growth and manage inventory and store presentation You will be responsible for achieving sales targets implementing store policies and maintaining a professional and welcoming shopping environment Key Responsibilities Sales Management Lead the sales team to achieve or exceed sales goals Train and coach staff on product knowledge sales techniques and customer service Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to improve team efficiency Customer Service Ensure customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their shopping experience Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently Operations Oversee daily store operations including opening closing procedures cash handling and scheduling Maintain store cleanliness organization and visual merchandising in line with brand standards Manage stock levels ordering and inventory control Staff Management Recruit hire train and supervise store staff Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback Marketing Promotions Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions and campaigns Monitor competitors and suggest improvements to increase sales and customer engagement Qualifications Proven experience as a store manager preferably in furniture or retail sales Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and decision-making abilities Working knowledge of retail management software and POS systems Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays High school diploma required Associate or Bachelor s degree in business or related field preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
