Job Title Saleswoman - Furniture Store Location Kumbakonam Job Type Full-Time Salary Based on experience and performance Reports To Store Manager Job Summary We are looking for a friendly professional and customer-focused Saleswoman to join our furniture store team The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for interior design and home furnishings and the ability to provide outstanding service while meeting sales goals Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture products Explain product features pricing and benefits to customers Prepare sales quotes and process orders using the POS system Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing showroom Keep up to date with product knowledge promotions and inventory Assist in arranging and displaying furniture to maximize appeal Follow up with customers regarding orders deliveries and after-sales service Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Proven experience in retail sales preferably in furniture or home decor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Positive attitude and a strong work ethic Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
