Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager. The position is based in Kumbakonam. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service, managing the budget, and supervising staff. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer service, overseeing food and beverage operations, managing front desk activities, and implementing sales strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue.

• Experience in Budgeting and financial management
• Sales skills with the ability to implement effective sales strategies
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Receptionist Duties and front desk management skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry is a plus
