Job Title: Branch Manager

As a key member of our team, the Branch Manager plays a vital role in driving business growth and excellence. This dynamic leader will oversee all aspects of the branch operations, ensuring seamless execution and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, aligning with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Career FLS/BLs to foster business growth, maximize productivity, and develop strategic advice on the local market.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and channel understanding.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
  • Support Circle Manager and Associate Circle Heads in achieving their respective performance goals.
  • Oversee training certifications for SDMs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of high organizational values, promoting business ethics and integrity within the team.
