Key Responsibilities:

Working under the guidance of a Supervisor/Manager, you will identify potential business customers and collaborate with them to achieve mutual goals.

  • Customer Identification: With the support of your Supervisor/Manager, you will assess customers for potential business opportunities.
  • Document Validation: You will collect and validate customer documents in accordance with organizational norms.
  • Case Logging and Disbursement: You will log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the established process for disbursement.
  • Sanction Ratio Fulfillment: You will ensure that the sanction ratio meets the organization's requirements.
  • Cross-Selling: Under the guidance of your Supervisor/Manager, you will meet customer needs and cross-sell multiple products.
  • Vendor Empanelment and Relationship Development: You will work with Managers/Supervisors to empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them.
  • Audit and RBI Compliance: You will assist Managers/Supervisors in ensuring compliance with all audit/RBI regulations.
  • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline is required.
