As a Solar Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in the solar energy sector.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong networks with key decision-makers across various sectors.
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing solar energy solutions to clients.
Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on growing revenue and expanding customer base.
Proposal & Contract ManagementCollaborate with technical teams to create accurate proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Client Relationship ManagementMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and post-sales support.
Project CoordinationCoordinate project activities with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Performance AnalysisMonitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements & SkillsQualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development achievements.
- Strong understanding of solar energy products, systems, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting software.
