Role Summary:

Proposal & Contract Management

Collaborate with technical teams to create accurate proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and post-sales support.

Project Coordination

Coordinate project activities with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Performance Analysis

Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements & SkillsQualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development achievements.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy products, systems, and solutions.
Skills Required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting software.
