
Senior Business Development Executive

As a senior business development professional, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strategic partnerships with key customers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute local marketing and brand building strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless operations and maximize sales efficiency.
- Monitor competition activity and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Business or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in sales, distribution, and retail operations. Prior team leadership experience is highly desirable, as is a strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
Additional qualifications include the ability to manage large teams, travel extensively, and adapt to changing market conditions.
