Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Sales and Marketing team at Neural Foundry. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective customers.
- Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Assist in creating and managing marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Customer Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving concerns.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and strategies.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams based on research findings.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in CRM software.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward targets.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
