Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at CES in Hyderabad. As an IT sales expert, you will be responsible for generating new leads and building a sales pipeline for the Practice Heads through outbound calling, email, and social media outreach.
Key Responsibilities:- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in inside sales or business development with a focus on the North America market
- Proven track record of lead generation and appointment setting within defined territories
- Strong phone presence and ability to dial dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Salary: ₹15-25 lakhs per annum (based on experience)
