Job Title: Account Manager-Mining
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating growth in Mining chemicals and exceeding near- to long-term targets by tapping on existing experience and contacts to generate leads and identify commercial opportunities.
- Foster Business Relationships:
- Your primary responsibility will be to foster and build business relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, partners, and all appropriate business channels.
- Sales Management:
- You will be required to manage Sales by leveraging Value Selling and Margin Management.
- Leverage Technical Services:
- You will leverage technical services to embed solutions in the mining value chains, end customer's, and channels.
- Internal Interface:
- You will coordinate internal interface between Customer Service, Technical Service, and the regional/global Sales and Marketing Team.
- Account Development:
- You will develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and leverage internal and external relationships at these accounts.
- Maintain Compliance:
- You will ensure all Sales and Marketing activities are in strict compliance with Nouryon's Business and Anti-Competition Principles.
- Market Intelligence:
- You will provide competitive Market Intelligence and a Market Map.
- New Business Opportunities:
- You will identify and commercialize new business opportunities.
- Sales Leadership:
- You will lead the sales activities to protect and defend existing business.
- Pipeline Management:
- You will manage the project pipeline and increase fill for sustainability.
- Margin Optimization:
- You will value sell, manage margins to optimize profitability.
- Demand Forecasting:
- You will maintain accurate demand forecast and pricing in systems.
- Stakeholder Management:
- You will manage key internal and external stakeholders and position business for growth.
- Nouryon Chemistry:
- You will identify and commercialize Nouryon chemistry relevant for the Mining Market.
- Growth Channels:
- You will capture distribution, Mining consulting, and other sales channels to drive growth and embed Nouryon chemistry.
- Performance Excellence:
- You will exceed near- to long-term sales performance in line with Mining strategy and project pipeline.
- Customer Engagement:
- You will contact customers to ensure planning and logistics match their demand.
- Overdues Minimization:
- You will forecast demand and minimize overdues.
