The Indian real estate market is projected to reach $1 trillion by 2030, offering an enormous opportunity for disruption. As a B2B Business Head, you will develop and execute a strategy to capture this massive market share using our cutting-edge technology and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a regional business strategy aligned with national goals.
  • Analyze regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive business expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with local industry forums, associations, and networks.
  • Drive acquisition of enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
  • Lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts.
  • Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) for the region ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
  • Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the region.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 5-12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore market, with established local networks.
  • Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
