Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Optimization: Collaborate with the business team to achieve revenue and cost targets, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Change Management Leadership: Spearhead strategic initiatives and change programs, fostering smooth transitions and team adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Store Team Development: Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing store teams, promoting a positive work environment that encourages growth and reduces attrition.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized plans, strong customer engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Performance Insights: Analyze key performance indicators, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining brand standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the business team to implement national strategies at a local level, providing valuable market feedback.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform regional strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 7-8 years of experience with Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of experience with Master's Degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA college.
  • Proven track record in managing Store level P&L and driving financial results.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and successfully implementing change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
