Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned operational leader to oversee the management of regional administrative activities and operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and conflict resolution. Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment, soft services facility management, and experience in facility operations and management are essential.

A graduate or MBA degree is required, along with a minimum of 8-11 years of experience in facility management. The successful candidate will be able to work under extreme pressure and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Regional Admin activities/operation & Admin Team with complete ownership.
  • Define Scope and KRA's of Team members and communicate effectively with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals.
  • Direct reporting to Zonal Admin Head on day to day activities, incident management etc.
  • Monitor and report key project activities, plans and progresses.
  • Manage calls and discussions, and end to end Exam day and non exam day administrative activities management and Team coordination.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and conflict resolution.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical equipment, soft services facility management, and facility operations and management.
  • Graduate or MBA degree, with a minimum of 8-11 years of experience in facility management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications, additional language knowledge, strong analytical and logical understanding.
