Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an added asset.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in senior leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing business units' profit and loss statements.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
