About the Opportunity:

At CX Consulting Private Limited, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our ATM franchise network. This is a unique chance to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our business in the ATM industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Recruitment:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchisees who meet our business standards and objectives.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract potential franchisees.

- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and due diligence to assess franchisee suitability.

Franchise Sales:

- Present the ATM franchise opportunity to potential franchisees, highlighting the benefits, profitability, and support systems.

- Address questions and concerns, and provide comprehensive information about the franchise model.

- Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure timely closure of deals.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, addressing their needs and concerns.

- Organize regular communication and training sessions to keep franchisees updated and motivated.

Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and explore potential partnerships to expand the ATM network.

- Conduct market research to identify areas with high growth potential.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

Performance Tracking:

- Monitor the performance of franchisees and track key metrics such as sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance franchisee performance.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in business development, sales, or franchise sales.

- Strong understanding of the ATM industry and its regulatory landscape.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
