Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet them. Market Expansion: Develop strategies to expand into new markets and enhance our footprint in existing ones. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure client success and satisfaction. Target Achievement: Drive sales and revenue by achieving set business development goals and KPIs. Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role. Multi-language proficiency is highly desirable for interacting with global clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and present technical and creative solutions. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
