Role Overview:
Malger Entertainments is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the entertainment and technology space. This role involves identifying opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth in gaming, AR, and VR sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet them.
- Market Expansion: Develop strategies to expand into new markets and enhance our footprint in existing ones.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Drive sales and revenue by achieving set business development goals and KPIs.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Multi-language proficiency is highly desirable for interacting with global clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical and creative solutions.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with the gaming, AR, or VR industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
