Job Title : Business Development Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join

services industry, demonstrating a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. This role

requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the

capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on

industry trends.
- Utilize various lead generation methods such as cold calling, networking, and other

relevant techniques to generate high-quality leads.
- Evaluate leads and prioritize opportunities based on strategic alignment and revenue

potential.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and

offering customized solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales

strategies aimed at achieving revenue objectives.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM software to meticulously track leads, manage opportunities, and provide

detailed sales activity reports.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure profitability while ensuring high

levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to

identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the

services sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and CRM

systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced,

deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability for strategic and creative thinking to identify and pursue new

business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and excellent time

management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
