Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Talent Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing talented individuals within the organization, with a focus on building a strong pipeline of future leaders.

  • Recruit and build high-performing teams by sourcing, hiring, and leading a dynamic group of Education Partnership Ambassadors (Mobilisers).
  • Drive state-wise recruitment and certification targets by establishing strong networks within preschools, schools, and associations.
  • Build strategic partnerships with school owners, associations, and key influencers to facilitate smooth program adoption.
  • Train, motivate, and mentor mobilisers to maximise outreach and effectiveness.
  • Travel extensively within assigned states to drive ground-level execution.
  • Monitor mobiliser performance, maintain recruitment pipelines, and share regular reports with leadership.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in target-driven recruitment, field sales, or channel-building roles.
  • Excellent command over English and regional language (spoken & written).
  • Comfortable with MS Office, CRM platforms, and exposure to AI tools for recruitment.
