Job Overview:

The Employee Experience Specialist will oversee the employee journey across various locations. This role owns the onboarding process, engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and transparent communication programs. By leveraging HR analytics and insights, the Specialist will provide actionable recommendations to leadership, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Employee Engagement:
  • Organise structured 15/30/60/90-day onboarding sessions and regular check-ins with new employees.
  • Develop and track an employee journey framework that captures expectations vs. achievements.
  • Ensure 90-day feedback informs the probation review process, providing managers with data-driven insights.
  • Create and manage engagement programs for diverse teams.
  • Design an annual engagement calendar, including recognition events and team-building activities.
  • Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey:
  • Owning the end-to-end onboarding experience ensuring smooth cultural integration.
  • Maintaining an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement metrics.
  • Providing structured insights to managers to enhance retention during the probation period.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
  • Generating dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leadership.
  • Using HR data to identify trends in engagement, attrition, and sentiment.
  • Partnering with Senior Manager – HR Ops to create holistic performance dashboards combining people insights with operational accuracy.
  • Surveys & Insights:
  • Designing and managing engagement, pulse, and exit surveys.
  • Analysing survey data to derive actionable recommendations and share findings with leadership.
  • Implementing changes based on outcomes to strengthen satisfaction and retention.
  • Transparent Communication & Tools:
  • Leveraging collaboration platforms for effective communication.
  • Driving communication campaigns building trust and clarity across teams.
  • Ensuring timely and transparent HR updates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaboration with leaders to localise engagement initiatives.
  • Serving as a bridge between employees and HR leadership, ensuring employee voices are heard and acted upon.
  • Process Improvement & Initiatives:
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements in engagement and onboarding.
  • Staying updated with best practices in employee experience.
  • Leading special initiatives strengthening culture and organisational alignment.
