**Job Title:** Director of Operations Management

 

The Chief Operating Officer plays a pivotal role in driving and overseeing the end-to-end operations of an organization. This key position is responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring effective governance, and aligning business functions with the company's strategic objectives.

This Director will lead and monitor the overall operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution. The incumbent will define, implement, and improve process flows to align with regulatory requirements and business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the operations management team to enhance overall operations efficiency.
  • Defining and implementing process excellence initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Monitoring transactions and reporting on their status to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Providing strategic direction and oversight for IT systems and processes to support business scalability and security.
  • Overseeing HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to build a high-performing culture.
  • Supervising finance functions to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Providing oversight to the Audit function to ensure strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory norms, and proactive risk management.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services with significant exposure to ARC/NBFC/Banking operations.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing ARC business.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
