Project Director Construction - Real Estate

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring high standards and timely delivery. This position is responsible for setting project baselines, schedules, and reporting mechanisms for large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set project baselines, schedules, and reporting mechanisms for large-scale developments.
  • Conduct contract familiarization and review construction schedules.
  • Coordinate engineering disciplines and manage site infrastructure requirements.
  • Oversee billing schedules and progress reviews, and resolve technical and contractual site queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High-level communication, decision-making, and technical field skills.
  • Expert coordination of cost, time, and quality parameters.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Primavera.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E. Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 25 years' experience in project planning, scheduling, procurement, contracts, architecture, design, and quality assurance for construction projects.
