Director of Learning and Growth

As a senior leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that align with our strategic goals.   • In addition, you will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations to identify training needs and align initiatives with our business objectives.
  • Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and managing training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and optimal resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Training & Development, with a proven track record of delivering functional, leadership, and mid-level training programs.
  • Experience in engaging diverse audiences and fostering participation during training sessions.
  • Expertise in content development and management for various training programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in planning and managing multiple training programs effectively.
