Senior Director of Talent Acquisition

  • Performance Metrics:
    • Track placement metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Key Performance Indicators:
    • Place 360 students for final placements and summer internships.
    • Increase the median salary compared to the previous year.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, corporate relations, business development, or HR, preferably within an academic institution or corporate setting.
  • Strong network across various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a result-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams.
