We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our global HR strategy and shape the company's HR systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the executive HR leader across all regions, establishing a strong corporate-level HR framework.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
Global HR Leadership:
  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.
  • Oversee local HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
Performance & Culture:
  • Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
  • Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.

We are looking for an experienced HR leader who can build a robust global HR function and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a multinational company.
