Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Intern.

 

This internship provides hands-on experience in core HR functions, supporting both local and global initiatives.

 

The successful candidate will assist with recruitment processes, collaborate on global HR projects, help implement HR policies, and coordinate engagement initiatives.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborating on global HR projects, including policy alignment, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinating employee engagement and communication initiatives.
