Job Description:

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for managing daily HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, employee record maintenance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior management in HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Support the recruitment process, from job postings to interview scheduling, in collaboration with placement agencies.
  • Manage basic HR operations, including attendance tracking, employee onboarding, and document maintenance.
  • Draft and communicate internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices professionally.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews and audits.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, awareness drives, and cleanliness campaigns aligning with organizational standards.
  • Interact with staff on the shopfloor, understand their needs, and support in resolving minor grievances.
  • Ensure compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders (BBA/MBA-HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent) with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with job portals and ability to connect with training/placement partners.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.
  • Willingness to build a long-term career in HR, with potential to grow into an HR Head role in the future.
