We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Professional to lead and enhance our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting scalable growth while cultivating a collaborative and values-driven work environment. This role requires a strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs aligned with company growth plans.
  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Improve onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and stay engaged.

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Champion the company's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong company culture.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.

Performance & Development

  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
