Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training, and professional development programmes
  • Supervise general administration, including facilities, vendor management, and office services
  • Provide insightful HR data analysis and reports for strategic decision making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
