This role will lead and drive HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with local legislation and collaboration with Strategic Business Partners.

  • Collaborate with Strategic Business Partners to plan and manage project demand across the function.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitate conflict resolution, and manage pro-active relationship improvements.
  • Deliver Case Management services to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with the specific needs of business units.
  • Assist managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor laws and organizational regulations.

This role requires 15+ years of experience in building relationships, influencing, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in employment law, local knowledge, and good working knowledge of global HR standards.
