Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our organization. This role will involve partnering with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.

The successful candidate will design and implement people-first initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and retention. They will lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, delivering WOW experiences from onboarding to alumni engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Design and execute initiatives that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective talent management programs that support business growth and success.
  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in for HR initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience including strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level.
  • Proven success in implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth product-focused organizations.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, talent development and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
