Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team in India.

This role will be responsible for enabling and supporting the growth of our team in India, enhancing our employer brand, and providing excellent HR services and administration.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in recruitment, HR administration, and HR business partnering.

You will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment for all vacant positions in India, clarifying internal profiles/positions with the responsible hiring manager, and supporting the creation of external job ads.

Additionally, you will align the recruiting strategy with our partner ANSR, define efficient and lean selection processes, and control recruiting and HR marketing KPIs.

You will also be responsible for enhancing and strengthening our employer brand in India, setting up measures specifically for India in alignment with our global employer value proposition.

Furthermore, you will support 4flow's social media recruiting strategy, give input from a local perspective, and ensure an authentic, appealing appearance at career events.

You will be responsible for the general onboarding of new team members in India, coordinating new hire orientations, and ensuring compliance with all legal and administrative requirements.

As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with and advise the India leadership team on all HR-related topics, apply, ensure, adapt, and update corporate HR regulations, models, and policies for India, and create and ensure India-specific policies.

You will implement attractive local benefits, administer employee data, vacation accounts, leaves, benefit programs, on- and offboarding documents, salary adjustments, process monthly payroll, and support assignment processes.

This is a full-time position, and you will be required to travel within India and to Germany from time to time.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong expertise and work experience (8-13 years) in the field of HR in a global company, ideally in the field of SaaS or digital consulting.
  • Very good knowledge of recruiting channels in India, ideally existing network to local headhunters/recruiting agencies.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting together with an external service provider.
  • Payroll experience and extensive knowledge of Indian employment laws.
  • Experience with establishing HR processes and regulations based on local legal requirements.
