What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery of services.
  • Contribute creative ideas for event themes, activities, and presentations that align with our brand objectives.
  • Manage workshops, including setup, coordination with vendors, and execution, to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
  • Research and curate content for workshops and presentations, leveraging your expertise in hospitality management and event planning.
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and partners to deliver high-quality events that meet our standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving during events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including event budgets, expenses, and feedback, to inform future event strategies.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with your skills and experience.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Communications, etc.).
  • Proven organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software.
