The Job Overview
- This position involves providing exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, attending to their inquiries, and coordinating their needs with relevant staff members.
- You will be responsible for setting up equipment, unpacking/packing materials, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and attend to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect customer name cards and assist them in completing inquiry forms.
- Coordinate and direct customers to relevant APU staff for detailed discussions.
- Set up equipment, unpack/pack materials, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

- You are a highly organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You can work effectively with minimal supervision and multitask efficiently.
