Key Responsibilities:

The Office Executive at Naukripay is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. Their key responsibilities include:

Administrative Tasks:

  • Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments
  • Organizing office supplies and maintaining filing systems

Communication:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Responding to inquiries and communicating with clients and stakeholders

Reception:

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is tidy

Liaison:

  • Working with senior management employees and customers

Other Tasks:

  • Recording meeting minutes
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the CEO or administrative manager

The Office Executive is often a trusted advisor and confidant to senior leadership. They are responsible for navigating complex interpersonal relationships and managing competing priorities. As their career progresses, they may become eligible for top positions such as administrative services manager or business operations manager.
