Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in New Delhi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our regional offices, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to regional offices, including coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and files.
- Assist with research and data analysis to support business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve administrative and operational issues.
- Support the development and implementation of regional sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-8 years of administrative experience, preferably in a business or hospitality setting.
- Diploma or equivalent educational certification.
- Strong communication, organization, and multi-task management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions
This is a virtual office position, with scheduled office visits or meetings a few times a month.
Preferred Hotel Group Training
The successful candidate will be required to complete PTG training, including orientation, team knowledge, CRM and Concur training, and education on PTG brand standards and programs.
