Job Description

This is a strategic corporate role that requires building and scaling global HR systems, including performance management, talent acquisition, and development. The successful candidate will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive global HR strategy, governance, compliance, and high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a corporate-level HR framework - policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.
  • Oversee local HR operations - recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Launch training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
  • Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • Track record of managing global HR strategy across multiple regions.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to various locations.
