Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor HR & Admin strategies in accordance with group business objectives, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.\
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals, fostering a positive organizational culture.\
  • Lead HR team members and provide guidance to foster a positive organizational culture.\
  • Manage a team of internal recruiters across APAC to support all hiring activities, ensuring operational excellence in recruitment processes and strategies.\
  • Ensure adherence to relevant employment ordinances and statutory requirements.\
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to inform strategy development and implementation.\
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes cross-cultural understanding and inclusivity.\

Candidate Profile

  • \
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field is required.\
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including talent acquisition, office administration functions, with at least 5 years at a managerial level.\
  • Solid knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations, as well as other relevant statutory requirements.\
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.\
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\
