As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture and growth. We are seeking an AVP – Human Resources to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience and talent management.

The ideal candidate will have progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role. Strong expertise in talent attraction & development, performance systems, and compliance is essential. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to build internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Employee Onboarding: Design and implement seamless onboarding processes that promote engagement and productivity.
  • Culture Building: Foster a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture through various initiatives and programs.
  • Leadership Support: Provide advisory services to business leaders and teams on HR-related matters.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Operations: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.

Requirements:

  • Progressive HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance systems, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
