We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead and execute critical human resources initiatives while ensuring an excellent employee experience.

The role will focus on driving efficiency, compliance, and process standardization across all human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ownership and execution of core human resources operational activities, including HRMS management, payroll processing, compliance management, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure smooth human resources service delivery, consistent employee experience, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Manage human resources dashboards, generate insights, and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Oversee efficient functioning of the company's internal human resources portal.
  • Drive process automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage internal and external human resources audits with full compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing employee queries effectively.
  • Manage Full & Final settlements with accuracy and within defined timelines.
  • Maintain integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of human resources data in compliance with data protection and security standards.
  • Mentor and guide the human resources operations team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in human resources operations with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgment.
  • Proven expertise in payroll processing, compliance, HRMS, and human resources operations.
  • Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle queries, manage multiple priorities, and drive ad hoc projects.
