Customer Support Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and Resolve Customer Queries: Diagnose and resolve customer support queries in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain Response Speed: Meet Service Level Objective (SLO) requirements for response and resolution speed.
  • Ensure High Customer Satisfaction: Follow quality standards to ensure high customer satisfaction scores in 90% of cases.
  • Utilize Knowledge Base: Provide root cause assessments using existing knowledge base tools.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with customers, utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficient Typing Skills: Proficient typing skills (60-80 WPM minimum) are required for this position.
  • Strong Troubleshooting Experience: Strong troubleshooting experience with SOP documents is necessary.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills for breaking down issues are crucial for success in this role.
  • Ticketing Tools and ITIL Principles: Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL principles is also required.
  • Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Infrastructure or Storage Experience: At least 6 months of experience in infrastructure, storage, or service desk environments is desirable.
  • Google Products Experience: Hands-on experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, Appsheet) is also an advantage.
  • Google Workspace Administrator Certification: Google Workspace Administrator certification is a plus but not required.
