Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled technical support professional to join our team as a Smartstream IDLM Support Analyst. As a key member of our support function, you will provide expert technical guidance and assistance to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and configuration across various systems and platforms. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.

  • You will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with vendor application 'Smartstream Cash management (CMS) ver 4' and related technologies such as Control Process Designer, Smart Schema, and Smartstream Recs is essential.
  • Knowledge of Linux shell scripting and Oracle 19 SQL scripting is also required.
  • Familiarity with Jboss 8 server configuration and support, error log analysis, and WAR file deployment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to package up and manage configuration/code changes into releases using CI/CD pipelines is also essential.
