Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled CRM and prospecting expert to manage lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and enable sales teams with the right tools and data at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize pipelines, workflows, and automation to support sales teams and drive business growth.
  • Develop effective lead handoff processes for sales reps.
  • Integrate ZoomInfo with HubSpot to ensure seamless data syncing across both platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation).
  • Strong knowledge of ZoomInfo (prospecting, enrichment, and integrations).
  • Demonstrated success in CRM/marketing automation management.
  • Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
